Exchange:
The main goal of capricho de muñeca is that our customers are satisfied with the product purchased. If for any reason you are unhappy, you can exchange the product within 15 days after receipt.
In order to proceed the exchange, the product has to be: not used, sent back in the same conditions as at reception, including the original packaging (tags, dust bag, etc) and reach our office within 15 days after receipt.
Please contact us through the contact form to request the availability of the style and colour of the item you would want to replace it for, including the order number and your name. You will get an email confirming if the item is on stock.
The customer is liable for the cost of shipment of the return and exchange item. Capricho de muñeca can not accept delivery with due payment.

At reception, we will check if the product is in the right conditions and proceed to ship the new product, as soon as the payment of the shipping cost is confirmed. The customer can pay the shipping fee through credit cards, Paypal or banc wire.
Please note that exchanges that are in any way damaged, soiled or worn may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and exchange refused.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unhappy,  you can return the product acquired at www.caprichodemuneca.com within 15 days after receipt. The items purchased at the store can not be returned through the website.

To carry out the return, the product has to be: not used, sent back in the same conditions as it was received, including the original packaging (tags, dust bag, etc) and reach capricho de muñeca within 15 days after receipt.

In order to proceed with the return, please contact us through the contact form to give notice of the return, including the order number and your name. The customer is liable for the cost of the shipment of return. Capricho de muñeca cannot accept delivery with due payment.
Once the return has been received at capricho de muñeca in the same conditions as it had been delivered, the customer will receive an email approving the return. We will then proceed with the refund of the value of the item by the same payment method as in your order.
Please note that returns that are in any way damaged, soiled or worn may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and refund refused.

Before shipping your purchase, capricho de muñeca guarantees the revision of the product, correct packaging and the use of secure currier service.
If for any reason the customer detects problems such as broken packaging, missing items or defects, contact us within 24h after receipt of the purchase.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to our address within 15 days. We will proceed to replace the item as soon as possible for free.
